About
From Research to
Production Deployment
I'm Lisa M. Kaminski, a Solutions Architect and AI Integration Specialist serving clients across North America.
After 13 years in business operations at BellMTS—managing budgets, analyzing strategic initiatives, and understanding what actually matters to businesses—I transitioned to AI-augmented development.
I work location-independently with flexible timezone availability. Whether I'm on the road or at my desk, clients get the same dedicated support and technical expertise.
I don't just understand the technical side. I understand the business problem. That's what makes the difference.
One example: building a billing platform for a regulated Canadian firm, I unified card, pre-authorized debit, and Interac e-Transfer behind one interface — because roughly 95% of the real users pay by Interac and avoid card fees. The business reality drove the architecture, not the other way around.

How I Work
SEE → SOLVE → SCALE
SEE
I make sense of the situation first — the system, the constraints, the missing facts — then map the complete architecture where others see only problems.
SOLVE
I build working prototypes that prove concepts — not strategy documents that gather dust. And choosing what not to build is half the work.
SCALE
From prototype to production-ready systems — failure modes designed first. I turn what's working into what's winning.
What I Bring
More Than Just Code
Business Operations Experience
13 years at BellMTS taught me budget analysis, strategic planning, and what actually matters to a business — which is why my builds start from how the business actually runs, not from what's technically interesting.
AI-Augmented Speed
Projects that would take six months land in six weeks — not because AI types faster, but because the right call early removes wasted motion. Speed is what good judgment looks like from the outside.
Canadian Compliance Expertise
Deep knowledge of PIPEDA, provincial regulations, GST/HST, and trust-accounting requirements — applied, not academic. I've made strict compliance invisible to the user while enforcing it with an immutable audit trail.
Hands-On Architecture
React, Supabase, payment systems, AI integrations. I design the architecture and build it — failure modes first, so the system stays useful exactly when something goes wrong.
You don't have to take any of this on faith. Stack — my AI assistant — answers from the record: the decisions, the rejected options, the risks.
